Last month Progress Together Founding Partner Allen & Overy played host to the first ever Progress Together workshop.

Creating an Impact Through Data covered how to use employee diversity data to identify interventions and take practical action.

Over 30 individuals from member firms had a chance to meet fellow members face to face and find out how to make the most of the data they are collecting.

Speakers on the day included:

• Paula Kemp, Head of Employer Engagement, Social Mobility Commission
• Damien Shieber, Head, Culture and Experience, Santander
• Nik Miller, Chief Executive, Bridge Group
• Lara Ayash, Managing Director, LAMC (Mentoring Circles)

And along with insightful presentations, there was also an informative panel session where our industry experts were able to answer questions from members in the room.
