More than 40 CEOs and ExCo sponsors from across financial services came together for the launch of ‘Shaping Our Economy’, Progress Together’s first ever data report.
The report revealed that socio-economic background is more likely to impact a person’s career progression in financial services than gender or ethnicity.

Attendees discussed the findings and recommendations in the report and discussed ways in which leaders can ensure greater socio-economic diversity at senior levels in financial services.
